What is the Enablement programme?

28 sessions to help professionals who are moving from operational roles into more tactical and strategic responsibilities, and need clarity on what matters and how to transition.

Enablement is a virtual, one-on-one, student-lead professional development programme that covers aspects of planning, delivering, analysis, communication, professional development, teamwork and team management. It consists of:

An initial self-assessment

• A quick snapshot to capture your situation 'as-is' in your own words, across the 28 areas that we will be exploring.

7 sprints

• The sprint duration is 2 weeks.
• Each sprint consists of 4 modules.
• Each module condenses fundamentals, tools, DOs & DON'Ts and real life examples.
• You will have a 1h video call with your mentor to cover each module, and you will probably need an additional 1h-2h to work on it yourself, before moving onto the next module. You will receive feedback on all homework and tasks completed.

A reflection journal

• You will add your main take-aways and leave-behinds to your journal after each module.

A retrospective

• A new self-assessment to appraise the progress made.
• Upon completion of the 7 sprints, you will have a retrospective video call with your mentor to review and reflect on the benefits you obtained, changes you made, and to chart your path forward after the programme.

We want you to join this programme and persist until the end, particularly through tough topics, because that's when growth happens. You will get dedicated one-on-one guidance and support from your mentor as you explore modules throughout the programme.

Our objective is not to deliver tick-in-a-box-and-badge training to a ton of people, but to focus on helping those few who are genuinely looking forward to learning and advancing their career.

Duration: more than 30 hours one-on-one with your mentor, plus feedback on your tasks.
