Back in 2015, we started helping young professionals develop and drive improvements that they can feel proud of. Skillient is a distributed UK based Learning & Development team that draw from their experience in a range of industries to contribute to one repository of skills packaged as the Enablement programme. We support those at the inflection point in their careers to emerge and advance.
"In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice". We train and mentor from the experience of those who tried, failed, tried again, and eventually got it right.
Sustainable Development Goals
Back in 2015, United Nations adopted 17 goals as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Those goals constitute an urgent call for action by all countries -developed and developing- in a global partnership.

"Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all". Which is closely related to the work we deliver. Skillient is a Learning and Development studio committed to facilitate learning that matters to professionals who are willing to grow.
In 2022, 15% of our total gross revenue was donated to these organisations.
